  • One Annual Flex Visit- This can be used for an additional filter change, maintenance checkup, or a one-time service call with $0 dispatch fee
  • Automatic Scheduling- You don’t have to remember to schedule your tune up; An FTS Client Care Specialist will contact you to schedule!
  • Front of the Line Priority Scheduling- Members are scheduled ahead of non-members
  • FREE 24/7 HVAC System Monitoring Included for Each Agreement Year- You (via FTS App) and FTS will be alerted of system issues when system efficiency declines, if operation fails, or if leaks are detected (Client Internet required)

The Fine Print:

  • FTS Service and Maintenance Plans are 100% prepaid only- Your technician or Client Care Specialist will collect payment to initiate the agreement
  • FTS will in no event be liable for damage or loss caused by delay in performing services
  • Refunds will not be issued on Plan Purchases
  • Additional Systems at the same location include all benefits for an extra $189 per each additional system
  • Monitoring equipment is owned and maintained by FTS Only
  • If membership expires and is not renewed or client cancels, HVAC monitoring equipment will be removed by an FTS Technician
  • Parts warranty limited to the part(s) installed by FTS only
  • Labor warranty limited to the part(s) installed by FTS only
