Open and inspect all shipments upon arrival. Follow the shippers instructions for claims on damaged shipments, otherwise do not accept shipments with damage to the external packaging. If you encounter concealed damage report the claim to the shipper immediately. You may bring your incorrect orders into our office for exchange within 10 days of receipt of order. Please call ahead to verify the correct size or item is in stock at our local office. Errors made by our vendors will be corrected at no cost.
