We can design heating, cooling, moisture management, ventilation, and air quality systems from your blueprints- at no cost or obligation!

We have successfully installed HVAC systems in thousands of homes, apartments and condominiums, ranging from 800 square feet of livable space to twenty thousand square feet of livable space including multi story, basement and crawl space applications. We offer systems with 100% satisfaction guarantees, money back guarantees, and performance guarantees—guarantees that no other company in our area even attempt to offer!

We perform heat loss/gain calculations using industry specific professional methods for sizing of heating and cooling systems, again a service no other company in our area even attempts to offer!

Our management team has been in the industry over 20 years. We have the experience and resources to provide the highest quality, most energy efficient, and most cost effective system for any application.

System design is a very important aspect of what we do at Custom Comfort Heating & Cooling. We meet with every client to discuss individual needs. Do you have children or a spouse with health concerns? Tell us what they are and we can provide a HVAC system that caters to those needs and provides a indoor environment that improves your families comfort and quality of life.

Our system installations include the basic electric heating and cooling systems, air and ground source heat pumps, propane and natural gas heating systems, dual fuel (gas heating coupled with a heat pump), and of course the new 410A refrigerant systems.

We embrace change and therefore are schooled in the latest and best systems for home comfort.

Zoning system design. We provide single systems with multiple zones to provide specific heating and cooling demands in different rooms within your home. No need to go the expense of installing multiple systems. Do you have a guest bedroom or a spare room or home office that needs to be maintained at a different temperature than the main house? How about a room that is only used on occasion? Better yet, a basement area with one or two floors above it? A zoning system is perfect for this application. Heating and cooling where you need it, when you need it! Let us design a zone system for your application.

Need to know what the investment in a high efficiency system payback will be over time? Is it worth the extra initial expense? We can provide that information so you can make an educated and informed decision.

All primary ductwork and sheet metal fittings are custom made to fit the individual application for which they are intended. We use state of the art techniques, fabrication methods and nationally accepted construction standards to produce top quality ductwork and fittings specific to your project.

What is the process after I decide what system I want installed? The typical process is as follows:

1. The rough in stage: You provide a contact name and phone number, we coordinate with you or your contractor/superintendent throughout the building process to accommodate the timely installation of your ductwork and necessary components for your new system. This covers the sheet metal shop fabrication, on site measurement including equipment and register locations, coordination with other trades, and completion of what we call the "rough in" stage of the heating and cooling system.

2. Equipment set stage: After the drywall is up and completed including texture and painting, we will come in and set up the indoor unit, (if not previously set in an attic or crawl space) install the floor and wall or surface mounted grilles and registers, system controls, etc., in addition the final grading will need to be completed to allow the setting of the outdoor unit. (Note: We will provide an outdoor unit-mounting pad however a concrete pad is recommended.)

3. Start-up and completion: When the electrician has completed the electrical service to all equipment and the breakers are installed, including permanent power to the home, the natural gas meter or propane tank and gas lines including regulators have been installed, (if a gas system) we will do the initial start-up of the system(s) and verify proper working order. If the homeowner is available at this time our technician will go over the operation and maintenance of the new system.

For most applications this is the typical method of installation for residential systems. Wintertime installations require the installation of the heating portion of the system to allow for drywall mud and paint to dry properly. We can accommodate this need when required.
